Three cards to take your own measure — not a question, a check-in.
Not every reading needs a question. The mind–body–spirit line is a check-in: three cards that take your measure on three levels at once. Readers draw it weekly, or whenever things feel off and they cannot say why.
The state of your thoughts: what occupies them, what they circle, whether they are clear or crowded.
The state of the body and its life: energy, rest, appetite, the physical world you move through.
The deeper current: what feeds you, what you are reaching for, what your inner life needs now.
Read each card as a plain description first — what is the mind doing, what is the body carrying, what is the spirit asking for — and only then look for what connects them. When one card is much heavier than the others, that is where attention is owed.
